Our team consists of well trained professionals who have been supporting over 150 PGNAA systems in more than 35 countries for past 20 years. This experience includes being involved in the initial stage of project management, installation & commissioning, calibration, performance evaluation, technical support of analyzer system and its integration to the plant network for better quality & process control.

We have expertise in virtually all models of PGNAA systems and provide all levels of support.

1. Dedicated Support Engineer (SITE CO-ORDINATOR)
We assign dedicated engineer to each site & system to ensure round the clock support availability.

2. 24X7X365 Days of Remote Support
We provide 24x7 remote assistance to your team through phone, email and Website.

3. On job training to customer's team
During our interaction and support, your team will become self-sufficient and capable enough to handle all necessary emergency repairs and routine maintenance on its own.

4. Maintenance & Support Agreement (MSA)
We provide MULTILAYER and cost-effective Maintenance Agreement packages. Various multi layered support include, Level-1 only remote support, Level-2 includes Level-1 (remote Support) plus on- site services which include periodic maintenance visits and emergency recovery visits, Level-3, having the most comprehensive coverage, includes under its scope Level-2 support plus replacement parts. Apart from these, we can also design coverage options as per your requirements.

5. Periodic System Validation
We do complete system validation at a very competitive price. We can support and operate your existing model of PGNAA system.
